My superior twin room was very modern and sparkling clean! i loved that the hotel incorporates the cloister in the courtyard. It is quite beautiful. they seem true to their sustainability program. They were given a leeds gold award for their healthy building and operations. I was really impressed.
the breakfast selection was ok but not amazing! the hot selections were cold and the coffee station was a mess. the breakfast staff seemed aimless.

The hotel features a small gym. It has dumbbells and a concept2 rower for workouts. I found it adequate for a quick session! the building integrates a cloister.

The location is amazingly close to the river and offers marvelous views. it's quite close to the center. This made exploring easy! there are convenient bus and tram services available nearby.

The breakfast buffet had many options. they have fresh baked pastries and fresh squeezed juices. There were cappuccino and espresso choices. I really enjoyed the variety. the bar area offers lovely river views, especially when lit at night.

the room had a nice river view i really liked that. i also appreciated how clean the room was the bed was comfortable too.
the shower floor was very slippery i nearly fell. there was no hair conditioner in the shower that i could find it was disappointing.

i appreciated the river view from my room it was quite scenic i found the staff consistently helpful and quick to respond to requests the hotel provided complimentary bikes , made exploring the area easy and enjoyable i used them daily. the location offered a blend of tranquility away from the main tourist areas while still being conveniently close to attractions.
the breakfast area sometimes became crowded during peak hours making it slightly difficult to find a table immediately. this was not a significant issue but it was noticeable.

the staff offered prompt service at the front desk they also helped with directions and reservations their multilingual skills were useful for international guests during their visit to the city.

the location was great. i easily walked to the city center. my room had a river view, and that was VERY cool!!! the gym and hotel were super clean. the breakfast was yummy.
the air conditioning was preset, and i could not adjust it lower for my comfort.
